Redesigned blog, how does it look?

Hey everyone, I wanted to try using a blog template that is less known and I made some changes to it after setting it up. How does it look? I have noticed that since the change, my adsense earnings have dropped significantly. Maybe the design is poor.....any suggestions?

    Thanks

I'm personally not a fan of the design and the ads don't grab me. I recommend a light background.

Also, I recommend getting rid of the blogger favicon (there's a way to do it) and to get a domain instead of the .blogspot thing. If you need help setting it up, I'll walk you through it. Also, I know of a ton of sites that have some nice free blogger themes.

ok, I changed the color (slightly)......I really like this template so if I keep this one, what do else could I do to help it better. Honestly, I probably should have left it alone because besides getting less pages views, for some reason, the text looks weird on my PC when I view the blog now. Did you notice that? With IE7, the text in each post is either cut off or blurry.....but if I highlight the text and then unhighlight it, it looks ok. Really strange.....never happened until changing the template.

    Thanks

    Hi,
I haven't seen many black-based themes with a high PR lately...does kind of give you a 1990's feel. I haven't done blogspot in a while, is there a way you can nuke the privacy policy post and make it a page? That may have driven off some folks too.
    Cheers,
    James

No, you can't make a privacy policy a page in blogspot which is a shame. That's why I've had more luck with my blogs on blogspot.

I don`t like gray text on black background, i find it hard 2 read. Bit if you want to keep this, you`ll have to test more text colours combinations...

Otherwise the content looks well organized and there is no extra- not-wanted content there :)

There are some good articles to read and thanks for posting. But the grey background is not much impressive and you can reduce the text size and need some more color schemes to attract visitors. Thanks for your effort made.

Ok guys......I changed the template again......I really liked the other one but I do not know enough about changing some of the code so I decided to get a different template. I feel pretty comfortable with this one now and editing seems much easier. I appreciate any other feedback.

Looks fine. But don't worry too much about the design. Actually, don't worry about it at all.

Search "the keyword academy" in google. It really helped me out.

Try to blend your adsense mate...and maybe your placement ads. Good luck.

Ok.....I think I'm gonna stick with this template now......I guess I'll just leave it alone and see what happens. Thanks for all of the tips.
