Buying Redesign of Current PHP Site

    Looking for someone to redesign my current site. It looks very cheesy. Please let me know how much and how long this will take. Also looking for a possible partnership to take the site to the next level.

    I prefer something less than $100. Although I would love to find a programmer who may be interested in a partnership. I still need an admin area done as well.
