Redesign my website

    I am looking for someone who can redesign my website and make it better in the SEO department as well.
    I made the current site and it has been good to me, but need something a little more "flashy".

    I got the template off a free template site. I like the colors and layout and it is written in html.

    What I am looking for is someone who can convert it into CSS and frames to make it easier when I updat it or want to add/remove a page.

    Please advise....
