Redesign - CSS and Graphic Designer Wanted

I am looking for a css and graphic designer for this redesign project. The design will be discussed in PM where you will receive the link to the website as well as the required tasks. You will not have to make a full redesign of the site, just create the css and graphics in some places.

The prize for this project will also be discussed in pm but you will be paid on your performance, the more creative the more you get paid .

I like strict and clean designs.
