Redesign almost Complete - Need Links (PR2 will move to PR3 Link)

Response has been overwhelming.

I just need to ask patience! We're working through over 200 submissions to our directory and this is a human edited directory, each link is checked by hand before it's approved.

The site will be moved now to its permanent PR3 location.

We will continue to provide free links for a little while longer. Please feel free to submit. Please be patient with us approving them. Our staff is currently off for the weekend (and YES, we do have staff for those who have asked me in PMs, it just isn't me).
