Redesign a blogger blog

I have a blogger blog and want to improve the template. I would like to have three columns (right for navigation, center for the post, right for ads). My html skills are very limited, that`s why I would need a tool that works like "what you see is what you get". I only have dreamweaver 8. It doesn`t work. Any recommandations?

I recently updated one of my blogs to exactly the format above. I picked up a template from Thur's Templates. They're dead easy to customise as the code is pretty slick and self explanatory.

Rather than use a WYSIWYG editor, make the changes by hand. Thur has a good set of resources on his site which should point you in the right direction.
