I thought redemption was 30 days.
45 if you speak to some.
How come I cant register a domain close to 60 days after expire?

Redemption Grace Period, especially for .com, is indeed 30 days. Period.

Thirty days RGP, then five days Pending Delete, then it's released between 1-
2PM EST on its "6th" day. Count 35-36 days from the last updated date that
    you quoted here.

Of course, that's assuming it's a .com being referred to. Other extensions can
    have their own rules.

For those about to post, I recommend you note what the OP posted first as it
    can affect your answer.

For .com, it's like this: domain expired up to 45 days, then 30 days RGP, then
5 days PD, then available. Registrars can delete the expired domain anywhere
from day one to day 45, then RGP onwards.

Based on the expiration and updated dates you've posted, the domain should
be in redemption period now. My guesstimate (which can be wrong, of course)
is it'll be available by March 10-11 based on the updated date.
