Hi! I am looking to buy a domain. I check ed the domain, and there is no DNS record for it. The domain is however registered. In the whois info I found: So, it seems the domain expired already in February and is now undergoing a redemption period? How long will this redemption go on? 4 weeks? That would mean I could register it in the next few days. I want to snatch that domain as soon as it gets free again. Are there any good services that I could use?
redemptionPeriod will expire in 30 days and domain will be in Pending Delete Status in 24 April. Domain will stay 6 days in Pending Delete Status and will deleted by registrar if owner don't renew it. So you should check it on 30 April 2010.
