Redeeming a domain at GD

So, I didn't lose a domain, as I thought, because of RFly's issues, all I have to do is pay up and get it back from Godaddy.

Unfortunately I already spent a lot of time but I haven't gone very far.

GoDaddy has a weird and extremely complicated, and therefore confusing way of dealing with the matter.

Does anybody have experience in this kind of things and if I were to make a formal complaint, where would I go for a .info domain?

    Thanks!

    :)

If the .info domain name's current status is like pending delete (restorable), it
can be redeemed within 30 days from its last updated date. If the date says
September 3, 2007, then count 30 days from that up to October 3.

Unfortunately redemption is a manual process for registrars. In this case, you
can only approach Go Daddy to have them possibly redeem it for you.
