"RED" Gone MAD....WHY?

    I dont spam...I trade fairly....ok only 400 odd posts but i still class myself as a decent member here.

    So I get 2 red for "hiding" another websites link in a post using Tinyurlz so as not to give the other website the benefit of a backlink and I get 2 reds?:mad: The reason given was for using an affiliate link,nope neither were. And if the mod in question denies this hes a liar.

    Alright you may say not the end of the world, no its not, but neither is it the way to treat decent members.

    Also I see a post "hijacking a thread, I report it and give negative rep to the poster...and HEY...I get an automatic one for my troubles:mad:


    Goodness me ...madness! Its no way to treat members...has the forum just got too big for its boots, has the title of "mod" sent a power craze surge to the heads of those who hold it?

    As I replied via PM, affiliate links, links with a referral ID, and masked links are not allowed. We classify all of these type links under the unbrella affiliate links. As you can imagine, we do not have the staff to follow each masked link .
