Gee, it is so surprising that Israel doesn't put up thinking like yours. They are at war with people like you who call them illegal and are hell bent on Israel's destruction. You want to fight, you want to destroy Israel, then stop complaining when they fight back and defend themselves.

Take your pick, make peace or war with Israel, but you can't push for never ending war against Israel and then wonder why Israel responds in kind.

Honestly, people like you are the reason the Palestinians don't have a state and are constantly living in squalor. You would rather see them fight Israel than reap the rewards of peace. Shame on you.

I like how you picked these words, it won't give you creditability this way, here it is again:

so what you failed to understand this time? Israel being illegal state? or the right for occupied nations to fight occupation? or Israel violation of international laws?

I will be more than glad to help you yet again to learn more, here is a major violation:

and so many more here, so it does not seem as you said that Israel "does its best to comply with International law" looks like Israel does its best to violate international laws.

They want the death of Israel, because a Jewish state in the middle east is an offense to Allah.

Here's what a top hamas commander, Nizar Rayyan, who was killed Jan 1st of this year said:

“The only reason to have a hudna is to prepare yourself for the final battle. We don’t need 50 years to prepare ourselves for the final battle with Israel.” There is no chance, he said, that true Islam would ever allow a Jewish state to survive in the Muslim Middle East. “Israel is an impossibility. It is an offense against God.”

    http://www.jewcy.com/post/‘israel_impossibility_it_offense_against_god’

Hudna is Arabic for truce, btw, so maybe that makes the reasons for the violation of the ceasefire by hamas a little more clear.

But Hamas was "democratically" elected. So what that they thugged their way into control of Gaza with violence. So what that they are sworn to Israel's destruction. So what that they attack Israel daily.

Israel should just let Hamas arm themselves further and stop fighting for their right to exist. Israel should just lay down and let Hamas, in the name of Islam, just destroy it. Once all the Jews are dead and gone, then Hamas will be for peace.

Everyone has the right to express themselves and their hatred.

As long as he doesn't actually implement it.

    Peace,

Of course it was sarcasm, and also a realistic take on what many people here on DP want/think/hope Israel would do.

That's why they are terrorist organization in first place! One would expect that domocratic state, an UN member would act diferent than terrorist organization but you always defend Israeli violation of international laws by pointing out that Hamas doing same or worst! You keep proving that by avoiding to comment topic of this thread.

BS. AS long as US backing them they don't need to lift their finger to comply with international laws.

Check the topic of this thread. Maybe you will get the clue and stop with that "always blame israel..." card.

And I am still waiting for you to show me where did I said anything like "but hamas is democraticly elected..."

What came first is the UN partition plan that the Arabs rejected and then started a war with Israel on 1947.

Israeli forces shelled a house in the Gaza Strip which they had moved around 110 Palestinians into 24 hours earlier, the UN quotes witnesses as saying.

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) called it "one of the gravest incidents" since the beginning of the offensive.

what is this? is everyone going to find a way to blame hamas for this too? :(

The whole notion of "International law" is rather abstract. Who polices the internation community to ensure they obey this "international law"? Who ensures China, Russia, America, Britain, Israel etc obey it? International law exists only in those countries too weak to defy it.

    That's so amazing.

What's even more amazing is how much control Israel has over the US.

    What a pathetic conclusion.

I guess I could say with as much logic, that the other 14 members are under the control of Hamas.
