Rectangle Ads Work: I believe...

For the past year, I had a layout that I really enjoyed on PFCritics.com, my football site. My only problem was that I designed my content so that it was very difficult to include Google Ads. I released an updated layout about three days ago.

In my new layout, I made sure that I was able to use the large rectangular ads on my news pages because I always read that they produced the best results.

    Here is an example: http://www.pfcritics.com/news101/ChadPenningtonTurnsDownOff.php

I am also creating player profiles using a medium rectangle: http://www.pfcritics.com/draft/LenDaleWhiteScoutingProfil.php

And of course on the front page, I have an advertisement that blends fairly well IMO. Now granted, my cash intake never was that great to begin with. I was averaging about a dollar a day during the regular season. However, since I updated my layout, I'm averaging 3 dollars a day, and the regular season is over aka, I'm getting less visitors.

So, if anyone has any comments/reviews on if you think I can include my ads even more strategically, do tell

Do you have an AdLink item implemented?

I had them under my old design, but I didn't have any significant results with them so I have eliminated them alltogether with my updated layout.

for me, the adlink returns the most click. I think it's all depend on how to place the adlink :)

Perhaps. I may give them a shot, so does anyone have a suggestion as to where I should put them?

I used to have them located on every page where my current drop down/hover menu is right below my main banner.
