Hi... Since I dont have time to deal with those stuffs,Im going to recruit a new guy in my company for SEO, Social Bookmarking and Blog Commenting, Directory Submissions, Technical writing. But im not sure, what things to assign to him. I have 3-4 good sites, and they are ranked top in Google also, but their PR has got low this G update and thats the reason,im seeing a down curve on my organic clients and enquiries. Now,I would like to assign this guy, everything, what I can do for increasing my PR and everything. Just suggest me, what all should I assign to him , what is a good salary for someone doing this in India . And yes, this new guy has no knowledge on Social Bookmarking and Social Media. But I think, I can easily get a guy from DP for 10-15$ to teach this those stuffs. Let me know,how to proceed now. He is going to join this week. Need to be ready for him. I need my sites at the top all again..
You are right you can teach someone how to do something, but remember will get out of it, what you put into it. You could pay to teach someone how to do something you need done, but why would you want them to learn at the experience of the potential success of your websites. You may want to consider finding a SEO Expert with experience that is not over priced.
Well, I can teach him normal Directory Submissions, Blog Commenting. But I have no idea , how to play and workout with Social Bookmarking Tricks. So,I will hire someone from DP to teach those stuffs. Its small stuffs,I know.. And yes, I dont have the list for the IMPORTANT AND KEY DIRECTORIES list with me.. I will be needing it . Where can I get ?? I have a list of 4000 directories, but Im not sure,if 80% of them are spammy ones..
It is not about the amount of links that you post on other sites. The quality of the backlinks is much more important than the quantity of backlinks that are linked to any site. Hi buddy, thanks for your reply. Well yes, im targettign both PR and ranking. MY site was PR3 for its keywords and it always came as RESULT 1 on the first page of Google search results , but now it has dropped to PR2 and so its appearing 2nd or 3rd position. All I need is to give a kick to my PR and my rankings.. I think, the best way to regain my PR is by Directory Submissions only. But I need to know the perfect list of good directories only

Assigning the job to employees is a task tat can be handled with experience...If you are able to do all SEO process then you should know how much time it will take for each work!!!!
