Recreate my simple logo in Photoshop...I have fonts. Pays $5 to first correct entry!!

    I'm would like my logo recreated in Photoshop so that I can have a hi-res jpeg and psd version. The first entry that is 100% correct wins. I will pay quickly via paypal.

    Here are the fonts:

    A, T, event planning & design (Kunstler Script)
    USTIN, AYLOR (Perpetua Titling MT)
