My website got penalized due to low quality fresh links I build from Article Directories using 50%-60% spun content and now I want to Disavow these links. But the main confusion and point is how I identify the backlinks which are hampering my website from moving up in the Google.com (USA) search results and should be Disavow these links.

All content was spun and I think google don't like this spun content as ranking dropped to #10 from #6 position
Rule of thumb in SEO, is quality work, as long as you are doing quality work, you would get good result..
HI, I think you are mad! First of all who told you to spun articles??? See u need to first go to webmaster tools. Download the links pointing to your website. There u can see many domains. Check out for the domains which are related to article sites. Remove the anchor text keyword and place some other variation keywords. Disallow only those links which have less PR and which are not of quality. Update your inner pages. Remove ur internal linking in ur pages keyworsd which are related to the articles.
