Recovery from google plenty

    You should reduce your main keyword anchor text ratio.

    Write quality content and post it to high page rank article website. Build links from different anchor text, don't build too much links from same anchor text.

    Analyze your website and find out the weak areas where the content and links are of low quality according to Google guidelines.Then focus on quality and relevant content and links avoiding keyword spamming and link spamming.
