    I wanna help about SPAM.How can i recover my website from SPAM.Please tell me techniques for recovering a website from SPAM.And i also want to know that how can i know that my website is in SPAM?

    Put your url into Google search box, if Google does not show any result about your website that your website might be spam. to recover your website from spam add unique content to your website with keyword density 2 - 5 present and create high quality back links towards website.

    yes it is true but i saw that to recovery from spam one site mean tooo much time and energy wasted.
