Recovering a Suspended Account

I had my account suspended for violating the terms, it was an accident I did not think that is was a violation.

However, it was that the site was a "Bridge Page". based on their diffinition of bridge page any site with outbound links to site that sells a product is a bridge page.

The support folk said that if I "fix" the site and resubmit my account will be activated again.

So here finally is the question, does anyone have any experence with this?
Is it as simple as stripping all of the adsense and ads off the site and resubmitting it?
Does Google really reactivate the account, or is this just something that they offer but will always find someting wrong?
Does anyone have any advise on this?

    Thanks

Yes, read the Adwords guidelines, fix whatever the problem is. If you are going to be doing any PPC, read the guidelines and save yourself the trouble of being suspended or worse, banned.

A bridge page by the way is one where you link to another site with yet another sales message. If you have a "buy" button, it better go to an order page. But I've also seen bridge pages where the next page goes to some sort of product resume page on the same site before actually going to an order page. Don't do it that way, go directly to the order page.

Having ads is OK as long as you're not doing arbitrage. In other words, your page can't be almost nothing but ads. However, if you're selling something, I can't imagine why you would put ads and risk sending visitors to a competitor. You don't see Wendy's advertising McDonalds in their restaurants do you?

Be careful with bridge pages. Google hates them and it may can get your adwords account to be banned for life.
