I wonder if that would work...fix your site and then put it on a new domain?

You should try to figure out why you were banned and fix the problem before you contact google.

Why was your site banned in the first place? If you use some unethical methods like keyword stuffing, cloaking, etc. then you can try fixing your site first and then asking them to reconsider your site.

If you ask them to reconsider your site without changing anything, you might end up pissing them off. And you wouldn't want that would you? :D

So you really can't do anything to get your site back in good standing with Google? How do you know if its you are banned or your site is just to new?

Did they ban you or the site ? Google is tough on content and for all it's worth, they ban you for life if caught clicking your own ads, even if by mistake. They are unforgiving dynasty.

Don't try to duplicate content. Try to auto redirect. Google don't have problem with auto redirect
