recourse when a service company violates privacy policy?

So I signed up for a fairly well-know legit service. at their website. The privacy policy states they do NOT share or rent contact info etc. Lo and behold I get mailed a piece of mail (yes -- postal mail) with information in the address I only used at that site. They have responded to other customer service emails but won't say yes or no to whether they did it. Grrr. I hate that worse than spam, what a waste of trees. Is there anything I can do besides dump em?!
