Hi Due to the fraudulent practice of buyers of opening dispute after buying digital product, I was thinking about this - Suppose I take out the money after each deposit into paypal account. What happens then ? suppose a buyer opens a dispute ? Will paypal withdraw money from my credit card without my permission ??
Nope. If you haven't any funds in your paypal account at the time of dispute paypal will not withdraw money from your credit card but they make your balance negative which you have to pay them. DON.
Yup.You will have a negative balance if you take out the money.PayPal does not automatically take money from your credit card or bank account to make up for the negative balance
Its the same thing. The moment I put in money, it will deduct it. Or when I receive money, it would do then.
when you receive or add fund from a bank account, PP will deduct it to paid or make the negative balance back to positive.
Yeap thats the way paypal work. If you have negative balance in your paypal account and someone send you money or money deposited by you in your paypal account adjust that negative balance value. DON.
