Recording Off Windows Media Player

    Can someone point out an application which I can use to record a streaming video from the internet..on my laptop its using Windows Media player to stream...and I want to record the video...any suggestions?:confused:

    I personally use sound recorder to record audio (make sure sterio mix is enabled).
