Recording my actions on my computer screen

I am looking to start making some good video howto's and just wondering what programs would be good for me to try out.

I use coffeecup web video player to convert the created avi to flash video format.

I vote Camtasia. I've used it before and it kicks ass. Or if your on a Mac (like me ) I suggest Snapz Pro.

 

Yeah, Camstatia is the best one out there. Or you can try CamStudio, which is Free.
