    Hi,

I was just wondering if there was some sort of blog or other website which has a list of website sales and how much they have gone for?

Can you post the url of the website?
Will help us to appraise its price better.

Can't think of any offhand but if you know of a specific niche you can find blog posts about huge website sales by just doing a Google search. If you are just looking for generic going rates you can look around forums, etc. to see current going rates.

You can try After Market. Thats probably your best chance at getting a decent price.
