    3. Is there any script which available online to redirect huge list list of URLs?

    4. Which is the best way to set 301 redirection for Huge List of URLs?

selvam, if the files have a URL pattern to it you could use mod_rewrite instead of listing all 5000 urls.

For example if its in a shape like:
    xyz.com/a/b/c

and you are trying to do a 301 redirect to:
    xyz.com/a-b-c

you can write a modrewrite rule for it in your .htaccess file.

I'm no expert at regular expressions so I'll let someone else chime in, but it is possible IF you have a starting pattern and ending pattern in mind.
