Recommended Offshore Development Firms?

    Have you ever had a great experience working with an offshore development firm in the past? Please post who they are, and why you were happy with hiring them.

    I've had very mixed results. Generally if I can find a freelancer that has a good reputation, and is easy to contact and somewhat responsive, it ends up OK. Most of the firms I've used were terrible. They themselves outsource your work, and there is no accountability for getting a project done on schedule, and even less on the QA. I've gotten projects back that were blatantly written by different people, not even in a similar manner, some parts were php3'ish, and the others for php 5.

    How big of a project are you looking to outsource?

    I get that a lot as well, really frustrating..

    Around the $1500 - $2000 range.

    I worked with one of the Indian Offshore Development Firm, the wok they provided was up to the mark, initial I faced some difficulty due to differences of our English and email writing but after some days every thing was clear.
