    Hi Everyone,

I guess this is as good as a place to pose my question.

I am looking for a web hosting company who can handle a Word Press blog account. I don't need a ton of memory and, yes, I am looking for a great price.

Can anyone share with me a RELIABLE but cheap web host for a Word Press blog? I don't need any other services including email forwarding, but if they offer them please share.

    Thanks,
    Matt

Thank you. I use Powweb and their rates are similar. I am looking for ultra dirt cheap, perhaps two or three dollars per month.

Its not my business, but why dont you pay up a bit more and get a reliable host. $5 a month is what you pay for three breads at the local mall.

Yes, I know. However, it is something I plan on setting up and flipping later. The less out of pocket money on my part the better. Besides, when you multiply 50 x 5 you get $250 per month. That is more than what I would like to pay for.

I'll have to take a closer look at Cirtex. $2 per month is appealing. I'll check the other sites too. Many thanks!

Might want to think about getting a reseller account, it's cheaper in the long run and most hosts allow about 100 or more domains per account.

I'll second HostGator as well. :)

Maybe you could tell exactely what you need, how many sites, bandwith, IP addresses and so on. Then it would be easier to tell.

LOL. Ain't that the truth! Yes, I don't want to be stuck with something that bombs out all of the time just a simple host where I can stick about 200 articles I wrote on site.

How much is cheap in your opinion?
I'd recommend you use hostgator if you don't think it's expensive.

The cheapest I know is Godaddy. Many DP members will warn you to stay away but for a simple blog I think it’s just fine. If you want good and cheap I recommend Dreamhost.

Thanks. My first GoDaddy site I hosted with them in 2002-2003 and it was awful: the site and their service!
