    Hello,
I've been using a "sample category - catchy title here" format for every post I made on my new site. Just wondering if it's fine to use it as far as seo is concerned and not considered as some sort of spam... I tried to look answers from google but can't get a direct answer :(

"Sample category" are about two to four words and I am using it as a label for my recently added posts. Please take a look and advice if I am doing it the right way. Thank you in advance.

Best title tag for seo is: Article Name - Website title OR Article Name | Website Title
And the best url is : http://yourwebsite.com/%postname%/

    You mean the site title?

I'm talking about the individual title too.

    Example Post - Website Name
    Individual Title - Website Name

Every sector of the website should be followed with - Website Name

Hi Sir, I got the url format.
How about the words I keep on using on the title? To be specific I have a title like:
Define Laziness - slippers waiting in line
"Define laziness" is part of the title and I keep on using that word depends on the category of the post.
"Define laziness" is also a category name which is appearing on every pages of my site.
I am not sure if this is allowed or considered as spam.
You can visit the site for you to understand what I mean better.
    Please advice :)

I have now 70+ posts on my week old site and wanna really know about this if it's allowed, recommended or not. A lot of work to do again if I go further and find out that it's not allowed...
