Hey, I didn't use ebooks but I found http://listbuildingintensive.com/ quite good...I mean he tries to sell you a couple hundred times each week but the info there in the teleseminars can be quite good especially if you're new to list building. And it's audio....

I've never heard of Lucrative List Building so I cannot comment on that, but I would definitely recommend you purchase Street Smart Internet Marketing as well. It covers more than just email marketing but has a huge section dedicated to just that. (The other info will probably be of interest to you as well anyway.) I bought it from the website (internetmarketingbook.com) or you can get it off Amazon.
