    Hi,

    I am not quite satisfied that SurveyMonkey is the best solution here. I am wondering what options I have for a self hosted solution. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi, I don't know what exactly you are wanting it for but I have known some other site owners that used LimeSurvey and they really like it. I haven't used it myself but it seems to be well liked by it's users.

    You can also search Softaculous and Fantastico to see what they have available to their users as far a survey scripts. Even if you aren't using them, you can still get an idea what's out there and what their users think of the scripts.

    LimeSurvey seems rather awesome. I'll look into that. Just did their user survey and it seems to have all the functionality I want. Thanks a bunch.
