Recommendations for SEO services

Does anyone have any recommendations for some good seo service from companies or individuals? My site fell from a PR3 to a PR0 a couple of updates ago and traffic has slowly been declining. I've been trying to work on link building through directory and article submissions since the update and also have been trying to keep my content fresh. I'm hoping to gain some PR at the next update, but I really need some traffic. Does anyone know if purchasing cheap traffic from DP or other places can hurt your PR? I was doing it for a couple of months before my PR dropped.

Id recommend you to get a report from www.FastSEOReport.com to see if you have any internal errors to fully optimize your site. The report offered will not only show you whats wrong, but it will also give you advice on HOW TO FIX/ALTER the problem. Check out http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=10567679#post10567679 to see the feedback I have gotten for the SEO report service.

If you have any questions and/or concerns feel free to PM me anytime.

    Thanks

If you were selling links or doing blackhat SEO, these results are normal. You might want to check services section of this forum to find some good SEOs.

Most 'top SEOs' won't be interested in your project unless you can pay them cool $$$s per month :) Because they can make that much with sites they own.

It is impossible to advise you without the url of the site in question. But to go from a PR3 to PR0 tells me that you were selling links. If you were Gray Barred, then you were doing Black Hat.

Definitely not doing any blackhat. I don't even know the first thing about it. Does having adbrite count as selling links? Also, what about the cheap traffic I mentioned. Could that have also hurt? I'll check out some of the recommendations. Thanks.

I just ordered a report from fastseoreport.com for $8 to get started. I'm also waiting for a few quotes from a few seo companies. Does anyone use the seomoz.org pro membership? I wonder if this is a good alternative to hiring a seo company.
