Hi Guys, I've been burned many times on DP after buying a "quality" link building service.. Can anyone here, give me a recommendation for a quality link building service they use and find gives them good results? I obviously prefer manual submission but don't have the time to do it myself. I'm not interested in DPs promoting their own service! Thanks!
Ok, I'll take a shot at handing out a few tips. I haven't been an active user at DP for long, but i've worked in SEO for a few years. I've seen lots of ads for directory submissions here (often in ALL CAPS) And I can safely sa that whether they're manual or not, directory submissions hae very little value. First of all, even if it's a high-PR directory, the links reside on subpages, and subpages of subpages - well you see where I'm going with this.. the deeper on the site, the less the link's value. Secondly, when your links share space with hundreds of other links, you can immediately divide your own link's value with the number of other links on the page. As you can imagine, the link juice left for you will be practically non-existent. I haven't used any of the services offered here, so I can't give you specific advice, but as a general guideline I would look for someone who works with a smaller number of links, but can get them up on relevant pages to your specific niche without a massive amount of other outgoing links.
