Can anyone recommend a good outsourcing management company? We're US based, looking for top programmers for on-going projects. Note - I've hired one programmer from DP, and so far he has NOT been working as promised - Flaking out on deadlines etc.. I will not mention his name yet, as I am trying to give him a chance to redeem himself. In any case, we have enough large projects for several programmers, so any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
