Hello everyone. I have a site, accuinvestor.com, which has been doing fairly well considering it is fairly new. My budget is limited, and my resources are small. What would you guys consider to be the best way to attract a lot more visitors and finally start making some decent money off the site. I haven't made anything yet, and I don't have the resources to start a large advertising campaign. does anyone have any recommendations or advices? Is it unheard of to take a loan out to start a large advertising campaign and risk never making the money back?
I have many ideas I would like to add to the site, for instance a unique charting feature with my chart models that will be per subscripting basis to make even more money off the site, however that in itself will cost even more money. It will be a site of its kind, it just needs a start. Any help and direction would be appreciated. I'm new to this site/company development thing.

Yes! Unique page titles and descriptions are a VERY high priority. With identical page titles you will run into big problems with your SERPs.

Take the advice of hans very seriously and work on that first.

    Thanks for your replies.

How do I do that? I hired someone to work on it a while ago and he adjusted all the meta tags and said each page will automatically create its own information and I didn't konw better because I am not a coder. This was done through Joomla. Anyway, I tried to create my own meta tags before I hired him - unique ones - and then the next Google bot crawl came and only 100 pages were indexed by Google and I suspected it was because of multiple meta info that became redundant to Google. and now that I hired this guy and he fixed it a while ago, I have over 1600 pages displayed in Google. Is there any easy solution to do this?

What would be the best way to fix this through Joomla for someone my caliber that doesn't know coding?

well i submitted them a while ago through godaddy's traffic blazer. The thing is, it took a while for all of my pages to show up without being omitted. and now that they finally are showing up, i am weary about re editing the meta info for it to be unique because when each page was unique, only 100 pages showed up on a search for "accuinvestor" and the rest were omitted - over 1000 omitted ones

before worrying about dropping out of G
you should first worry about staying alive in top SERPS with each and every page
you have one more fatal enemy
    your HTML code!
    http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://www.accuinvestor.com/
some 200 errors on a single page never help you have pages properly indexed all the way down.

    1.
every page should always be unique

    2.
since google shows max 2 relevant results per site - hence max 2 pages per site should have similar but complementing content - incl fully SEO'd meta tags

    3.
all pages should be valid code - HTML and RSS feeds as well

    4.
you hav absolutely nothing to lose listening to old webmaster - but lots to win
if you lack the courage to do ALL correctly from early on - then you may opt for a path of mistakes during years to come and learn step by step from your own painful and expensive mistakes ...

ASAP - means YOU do ASAP -when ever you have time. how easy or how difficult it will be depends on how much control you have on your overall templates and layout and code produced. the site and all software creating pages is/was your choice - I am sure service-friendliness was part of your consideration when you chose what you have now

start fixing always from TOP to bottom errors
some of the errors might be in template you chose

if you KNOW the basic HTML code - then its easy to fix
else learn first - then fix
