    seomoz is a good resource. Most seo ebooks are pretty good for beginners too. Once you learn the basics you might also want to check out Matt Cutt's blog too.

    Lesson 2 - What site are you promoting?
    Lesson 3 - What are the keywords?
    Lesson 4 - What is the exact format needed to SEO the Sigs?
