Recommendation for Contact Us form

    Hello,

    I am looking for a Contact Us form that has some visual appeal. Something similar to Apple iTunes when the box glows when you click or tab to it.

    I know Contact Form 7 is popular, but it's a bit bland.

    Any help or direction on this would be appreciated.

    Better if you can customize with someone who know HTML editor. Put what you desire to the form.
