Recommendation for Article Directory Software

Hello,

We have been running an article directory for the past 3 years using Article Dashboard as the infrastructure. This has worked well for us for a while, however, we are outgrowing Article Dashboard, plus it has SQL injection vulnerabilities.

Article Dashboard is written securely in Ioncube so we have no good way of updating, upgrading the scripts for our growth or our security.

We wanted to see if anyone has suggestions for:
1. a Article Directory application/script/software?
2. and if anyone has moved out of Article Dashboard into something else, how did they port all the data over to the new application?

We have seen Wordpress used for this purpose and a script/plugin to act as the article directory. Not sure if anyone has experience with this and again how to port the data from Article Dashboard to the new system.

p.s. getting help from anyone at Article Dashboard is almost impossible.

You can try with wordpress...There is an article directory plug-in for WP!

 

yes, wordpress would be a good idea and easy to manage. You can check mine.
