What kind of money should I look at paying for a domain plus hosting on a server with a dedicated IP address for one of my sites?
    Do you have any recommendations?
Preferably a host that accepts paypal as payment.
    Thank you.

I give a free premium domain with all of my hosting packages. My cheapest hosting package is $3.75/month via paypal. I can't currently offer you a dedicated IP, but you'll be getting a lot for what you pay.

The lowest price shared plan that comes with a dedicated IP address that I know of is with ixwebhosting $3.95/month. You can find other companies a low rates where you can add a dedicated IP address for around an extra $2/month.

    Brian,

I'd recommend not picking up a web hosting plan for under $4/per month. If you do, you're kind of "asking for trouble". It really depends on what you want. Do you want a quality web host, or do you want one that is going to be down all the time.

Next, you should be able to get a dedicated IP for a single shared cPanel hosting account for right around $1-$1.50/per month extra. During signup, the hosting provider may ask you if you would like a dedicated IP address. If it doesn't ask you, then contact them once you have ordered / before you place your order.
