Hi friends, I want to know some tools and tips to stable my keyword ranking. My keyword ranking mainly comes on first page but from some days it shuffled to 2nd or 3rd page and again to 1st. So i can say its not stable. Kindly give some tips to stable my ranking.
There are many factors that determine the ranking of your keywords. Because Search Engines are always updating their rankings, it is common to see how they go up and down. By experience if your website has a high CTR from organic search, google tend to put it on high rankings. You can see all data on Google's webmaster tools section.
what you did to gain front page ranking, you just need to keep doing it. if your ranking bounces back and forth between first and second page, then you dont have a solid base. build lot more backlinks and use wide range of link building methods. it would be better to use methods that you didnt use before. check to see where your competitors are getting backlinks form. try to get as many links as possible from those sources as well
Its really gonna come down to constant application of good SEO practices. Your rankings will fluctuate depending on competition, market, keyword popularity, change to algorithm etc, but if you always put in the effort you should be fine.
For stable ranking try to add fresh contents on a monthly basis( google loves updates sites) and built good backlinks on a monthly basis.
Fresh content is the only right way to go. And don't limit yourself only on text content, try to put PDFs, video and images on your site too.
What are all the things you have done before for getting ranking. you have to do it daily. if am doing linkbuilding for getting ranking, i have to continue link building for stable ranking.
