I have veryfied paypal. Looking for credit card(VCC,prepaid card. reloadable card,etc) that can help me to fund my paypal. I tried epassporte and it works. need other methods too. Geography - USA and non-usa.
Well, in my other post, I did mentioned that I used my Payoneer.com Debit Mastercard and it worked too. I'ved checked with Paypal and they allowed me to use it but not as the main credit card to use for verification.
They are everywhere -mall<<there are a few places there just go to the help desk and ask them, they will help you -gas station -convenient stores, Wallgreens I am sure you can pick one up at the actual store too. Also competitor stores such as CVS should also carry them.
But looking at sweb Location which is Israel, I believe that what applies in the US does not apply in Israel.
