Recommend PPC (like adsense) for me.

I'm looking for ppc company good for me.
Google adsense is perfect for me. I already have over 460$ there.
Anyway - I need fast cash now so I have to change adsense to another ppc engine

So...
My traffic is from USA, Canada and United Kingdom. My CTR is ~23%.

What do I want?

Most important: Fast payments! Two ways:
-Company which realize payments after end of this monts, so for example: I will get payment in march ( but fast )
-Or company with minimum payment, for example 100$ and instant payment after reaching 100$.

Payments via PayPal or moneybookers or e-gold or international bank wire.
Ads which looks like adsense boxes (or adsense links).
