Can someone please recommend me an RELIABLE offshore host? Please only recommend if you are with them and is currently satisfied. Don't bother recommending if you are some lousy reseller is just trying to make some quick cash =/ Good hosts are hard to come by nowadays. I hope the DP community can help me out.

It's just that every host will obviously advertise their services but, just today, my oh so "reliable" host decided to suspend my account without warning and not even an email explaining why. So here I am looking for a new host. Once again, I realized that last post was a bit rude and I apologize.
only in Russia or some hosts in Hong Kong, Malaysia will help you i think . Netherland is not 100 % offshore.
go with SHINJIRU.COM ( malaysia dept. ) and HOSTFRESH.COM (hongkong). forget most of these small resellers who have their servers at one of these 2 companies anyway.
and be warned about HOSTFRESH small hosting accounts! they only deliver dedicated servers these days. shared hosting orders just dont get processed!!!!!
