    I'd check out 1and1 if I were you... some people hate it, but I've never had issues with them. For 3.99$ a month you'll get:

    10gigs space
    300gigs transfer
    10mysql dbs
    php support
    etc.

    Well I have decided as I am going to try and do some web design for local businesses that I would get a reseller account and make some money on the hosting as well.

    So recommendations for that...

    Looking at less than $10 per month, unlimited domains, databases, email accounts etc. quite a lot of space and bandwidth
