Recommend Me A VPS or Dedicated Host

Hey

I'm looking for a VPS or dedicated host that is around $20 - $40 (slightly out of dedicated I no). I am mainly looking for a VPS that has at least 512mb of RAM and around 100GB of bandwidth. More would always be better. Ideally Ubuntu latest OS. I am interested in buying with the next month or two, so I am not rushed.

Do you guys have any recommendations? Slicehost looks good, although are there any better deals out there.
