You know, I have seen some cool trailers recently for Dr. Who, which I have never watched before. I could envision starting to watch but am thinking that I have missed too many years of the show to understand what is going on?
It sure looks that way. I have to figure out a way to "get up to speed" on decades of the old shows so that I can properly enjoy the new series. I imagine that there might be some sort of guide for that; will have to look into it.
I am tired of new shows pushing this or that political / social agenda. I was waiting for the second season of Lost In Space, but stopped watching it after about 3 episodes because of one particular slant throughout the season (if you watch it you will figure it out too).
I stopped watching most network comedies, dramas, etc., decades ago and a big piece of that was their political slant that began to show through very strongly in the 1980's. Getting back OT, I absolutely enjoy the UFO, Ghost, and Sasquatch "documentaries" that are out there and growing. Have never seen 100% compelling evidence that could not have been faked, but it is fun to think about as the people go through their gyrations to capture evidence. Pure and fun escapism.
