Recommend me a free CSS template and win 10$

I'm looking for a template for a landing page of a Dating Report that will make the users subscribe with their emails in order to receive the Dating Report.

Show me any free template (URL of the place you found it will be enough) and if I pick one for my landing page refering this thread that person will get 10$.

Show me what you think is the best!

Not exactly. It's more of a template which can be sales page alike, you know those eBooks that there's much hype about?
