    I'd suggest HostMantis or HawkHost for low cost hosting (below $3/month) over iPage mainly because I prefer using cPanel over vDeck.

    I use iPage Hosting -- I selected a 2 year package and they gave me my domain masterbusinessservices.com for free. Cost was well under $100/year.

    So far their service is easy to use and reliable.
