I would recommend Avactis shopping cart . I found this cart couple of weeks ago and I liked it. I liked their clean backend and easy storefront design customization features.

 

oscommerce is the way to go, lots of seo mods and easy enough to install, i have a few professional templates let me know if you are interested in using any of them
