Recommend an e-book box/book cover creator?

I'm looking for an application that allows me to create e-book cover or software box graphics. Not interested in designing the actual covers/boxes. Just interested in those little images like you often in Clickbank sales pages.

Anybody recommend one?

I use photoshop and actions scripts to make ecovers.

I bought Mark Monciardini's coveractionpro action scripts. Well worth the money. They come with video tutorials and templates for ease of use.

Have photoshop?
It takes little effort, and minimal knowledge to make a cover yourself.
