    Is your forum busy?
Do you want a shared host or a VPS,or dedicated server?
For shared host,I'd recommend hostgator,I've been with them for almost 2 years and I'm satisfied.

You can try Hostingzoom's services (www.hostingzoom.com ). I've been using them for almost 2 years now and I never had any major problems.

I would say go for the Hostgator hosting and make sure to search for the coupons before you buy the hosting.

Try Goviphosting.com, we've been using them for some time, and i must say they got the best support out of all

It depends on the type of hosting account you need. I was with hostgator for a bit for standard web hosting but you may need more hosting resources if your VB forum is really popular.
